Step 1: At first you can click the three vertical dots icon in the top-right corner of Google Chrome, go to “More Tools,” and then select “Clear Browsing Data.”

Or You can use the keyboard shortcuts to get in there. You may have noticed from the picture that there is a keyboard shortcut "Ctrl + Shift + Delete". You can use this shortcut to go to the settings.

Or you can use an alternative way that is URL search option to get in there. Go to Google Chrome address bar and enter
"chrome://settings/clearBrowserData"

Step 2: Provably you are now in the “Clear Browsing Data” window. Now you have to select the time range for deleting the cookies and cache. Click in the box next to “Time Range” and select the desired time range.“All Time” is set to by default.
